Right now, I dynamically fill in some fields like name, email etc and then copy and paste some formated text from another google doc into the template. I then create a personalised document containing the results from that analysis. To give you a more concrete example: A person fills in the form and I run an analysis based on that data. I have integrated my form with Google Drive to send the Submission PDF to Drive I have used Zapier to set up an event where when a submission is made, the PDF. Use the formatter task to extract the Id between the text between (-) (-id7372837-) and have it search for that specific Id row in airtable. I know that it is possible to fill in data like names etc dynamically from Airtable, however, I am looking to save a lot of time that I now spend copy and pasting the document together. We make one separate zapier task to check for new signed contracts. Right now, I send data from a form into webflow and according to that data, I manually copy and paste a lot of different (formated) snippets of text into a template Google doc. ![]() Then just trigger the zap on Airtable event, and add an action Start Process in Plumsail Documents. And the software has direct integration with DocuSign, so you can configure DocuSign delivery and all recipients, signers inside the Plumsail account. I am trying automate a workflow where a dynamic Google document is created out of a number of Google docs. It’s easily connected with Airtable via Zapier. ![]()
